Strawberry Rhubarb Custard Pie
Ingredients:
1 single unbaked pie crust
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons cream
1 1/4 sugar
1/4 cup flour
3 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup sliced strawberries
Directions:

Directions:
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until thick and pale.
- Add the cream and the flour and beat to incorporate.
- Fold in the rhubarb and the strawberries.
- Pour into the pie shell and top with crumb topping.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes at 350F until the custard is firm.
