Earthquake Pie
Ingredients:
1 pie shell
4 oz semi sweet chocolate
4 oz sweet butter
8 oz sugar
4 oz flour
4 eggs beaten
Directions:
1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, flour and eggs and whisk.
3. Stir in the melted chocolate.
4. Bake the tart in a 350F oven for the 60-70 minutes until set and then cool on a wire rack.
5. Serve with freshly whipped cream.
6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 60-70 minutes.
