Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup of white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp of baking soda
1 cup of softened butter
1 cup of white chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
pinch salt
Method:
1. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
2. Stir to combine.
3. In a separate bowl beat the butter, white sugar, brown sugar, egg,
and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
5. Stir in the flour mixture until fully combined.
6. Chill for 10 minutes.
7. Portion using the purple handle portion scoop. Place on parchment lined tray and freeze. Once the balls are completely frozen, place in labelled plastic freezer bags.
