Queens Wells
Ingredients:
pastry (preprepared)
3/4 cup raspberry jam
3 egg
3 cups brown sugar, packed
3/8 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup glace cherries, chopped
3/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:

Directions:
- Line tart or muffin tins with pastry. Spoon a heaping teaspoon jam into each.
- Beat egg, add remaining ingredients & blend. Spoon filling into tarts.
- Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes, reduce temperature to 350 F & bake until filling is set, about 15-20 minutes.
- Cool before removing from tins and serving.
