Bundt pans are circular pan with tube shaped inner portion that may or may not be removable from the base (as seen in the picture).

Springform Pan
This loose bottom pan is easily identified by the buckle (or spring) on the side of the pan. Springform pans are traditionally used for cheesecakes. Once cooked, the side ring is removed and the cheesecake can be removed from the bottom of the pan using a palate knife and transferred to a serving dish.

Cooling Rack
Cooling racks come in a variety of sizes and as the name suggests, are used to hold baked goods or hot pans during cooling. The open design of the rack allows air to flow around the food while cooling thereby preventing soggy bottoms from occuring.
