Pumpkin Pie Filling
Ingredients:
1 28oz can of Pumpkin
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 Tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
pinch of salt
1 can evaporated skim milk
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs and brown sugar lightly in a bowl.
2. Add the pumpkin, spice, salt and beat until well blended.
3. Beat in the milk.
4. Pour into the pie shell and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
