Banana Bundt Cake
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
3 bananas, ripe, mashed
Topping
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp butter
Instructions:

1 teaspoon baking soda

Topping
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp butter
Instructions:
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, beat together melted butter, sugar, bananas and eggs.
- Add bananas and vanilla and beat until smooth.
- Stir flour mixture into banana mixture, just until moistened.
- Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 Tbsp flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 Tbsp butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Set aside.
- Spoon 1/2 banana cake batter into bundt pan.Sprinkle with 1/2 of the topping.Thinly Slice 1/2 a banana over the batter. Repeat with remaining batter, topping and banana.
- Bake at 350°F for about 35-45 minutes, or until top is lightly browned and a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean.
