Three Ingredient Shortbread Cookies
Preheat the oven to 300F
Ingredients:
1 cup of butter softened
½ cup of icing sugar
2 cups of flour
Instructions:
1. Cream the butter.
2. Add the icing sugar and mix well
3. Add the flour gradually, until the dough begins to crack.
4. Turn dough onto to a lightly floured surface and roll to 1/4 inch thick.
5. Cut out cookies with lightly floured cutters.
6. Transfer cookies to cookie sheets.
7. Bake 10 minutes or until cookies just begin to brown.
8. Carefully remove to cooling racks.
Yield: 4 dozen
