Aioli Yield 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 egg yolks
1 cups extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
Directions
In a food processor, whip eggs for 30 seconds. Add garlic and vinegar. Gradually add oil in a thin stream, beating constantly until light and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate.
