Event Planning-It's a Party!
Are you the kind of person that likes the social aspect of the hospitality industry? Do you have an eye for detail and a keen sense of style? Then event planning might be a career to consider! For this project, you will assume the role of an event planner. You will develop the event’s theme, schedule, menu, recipes, and of course, invitation.
Page 1: Event Type & Theme

___Include things such as guest arrival, games, dinner, guest departure, etc.

___Creative layout
___Includes: appetizer, soup/salad, side dishes, entrée, and dessert
or hor d’oeuvres-minimum 5 recipes required
___Include information on the beverages that will be served (minimum 3 choices)

___Write a paragraph describing how foods will be served.
___What type of meal service will be used?
___Include complete recipes for your foods
Create a Sample Invitation - Include:
