Greek Vinaigrette
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp dried oregano
3 pinches salt
½ tsp black pepper
Method:
Add all ingredients into a bowl. Using an immersion blender, blend ingredients until combined. Refrigerate overnight for best flavour.
