Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups of flour
1 cup of white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp of baking soda
1 cup of softened butter
1 cup of chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
pinch salt
Directions:
1. Sift together the flour and baking soda and salt.
2. Stir to combine.
3. In a separate bowl beat the butter, white sugar, brown sugar, egg,
and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
5. Stir in the flour mixture until fully combined.
6. Chill for 10 minutes.
7. Portion using the purple handle portion scoop. Place on parchment lined tray and freeze. Once the balls are completely frozen, place in labelled plastic freezer bags.If you want to cook right away, bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
