Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cloves garlic minced
1 Tbsp salt
8 cup milk
1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp ground pepper
4 cups cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Sautee the garlic until fragrant.
2. Stir in the flour, salt and a dash of pepper.
3. Add the milk all at once.
4. Cook and store over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
5. Cook and stir 4 more minutes.
6. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
