*This week, all students should expect to complete the UGDSB board approved hospitality safety training on UG Cloud's Brightspace and will write the grade nine safety and sanitation test or for grade twelve students, the Food Handler's exam/certification, as these are mandatory requirements before beginning to cook. All safety agreements must be completed by parents/guardians and submitted to me no later than Friday.
By Tuesday of next week we should be in the swing of things as I hope to begin offering CW Eats Breakfast and Lunch (formerly known as Toonie Lunches and Wake up Wellington).
