Crepe Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
2/3 cup of water
2/3 cup of milk
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of melted butter
3 large eggs
(omit sugar if crepes are for savoury filling
Method:
1. Whisk together all ingredients and let rest for 10 minutes.
2. Spray a crepe pan with no stick spray and add a little butter to the pan.
3. Add enough batter to just cover the bottom of the pan with a thin coating.
4. When the top appears to be almost dry, flip the crepe and brown slightly on both sides.
5. Add your favourite filling and enjoy.
