Italian Vinaigrette
Yield 1 ½ cups
¼ cup water
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp. sugar
¾ tsp. salt
¾ tsp. paprika
¾ tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp ground mustard
½ tsp dried thyme
¾ cup olive oil
Place all ingredients except the olive oil into a food processor and blend. Begin to slowly pour the olive oil into the food process while continuing to blend.
